Damkapellets school performance @ denmark tour

Kära Kristine Jensen är en scenkonstföreställning som tar upp den sanna historien om en ung bondpigas liv i början av det danska 1900-talet. Hennes berättelse bor i breven till sin bror – ett stort pussel av känslor och vardagshändelser. Under våren 2018 ärvde Kristines barnbarns barn, Lise Kroner, dessa brev. Sedan dess har Lise, tillsammans med Malene Begtrup Andersen och Mario Ochoa, utvecklat ett scenkonstverk. Tillsammans med musiker från stråkkollektivet Damkapellet ger de liv till Kristines berättelse genom en musikalisk brevväxling.

This magnificent but forgotten baroque opera is a collaboration between the opera company Den Andra Operan, the performing arts company Kamraterna, the Copenhagen based orchestra Damkapellet and the chorus Operadonnorna.

Josefine Weber Hansen and Nadia Okrusko will with a tour through Denmark, communicate and collect valuable information about fantastic female composers – Rønnebæksholm will be the premiere and opening of their tour!
You will hear music by Haralda Collet, Johanne Fenger, Elisabeth Meyer, Nancy Dalberg, Benna Moe and Betty Federhof-Møller.
