As a musician I transcend on the borders between classical-contemporary music and improvisation. I have ambitions both as a violinist and performer, but also as a creative artist and entrepreneur. This I explore in my work as a freelance musician, with focus on contemporary music and with my
own projects. I live in Aarhus, where I am an active board member of AUT - Aarhus Young Composers, where I arrange concerts and artistic cultural events.

Percussion
My first approach to music was through the drum set, I then switched the focus to classical percussion. I love to work across music genres and arts. In the end of 2012 I moved from Italy to Denmark and finished my master degree at DKDM in Copenaghen. I am now in the Soloist Class at the Syddansk Music Conservatory in Odense focusing on contemporary and electro acoustic repertoire, free improvisation and composition related with Percussion instruments.

Double bass
I grew up in Hørsholm north of Copenhagen in a family with lots of music and arts. I started playing the piano at the age of 6, but switched to the double bass when I was 12 and missed playing with others. I´m happy I did. I enjoy all the possibilities the double bass gives me to play chamber music and in orchestras, and I never get tired with the round bass sound. I have studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and at the Norwegian Academy of Music. At the moment I live in Oslo.

I graduated as a classical musician which I studied in Gothenburg, Prague and Copenhagen. Now I study gender history at the University of Malmö and work as freelance musician mainly with own projects, contemporary music, early music and free improvisation. I'm interested in the relationship between composition and improvisation and I compose myself and improvise more and more. I also sing and play other instruments such as Ngoni, Viola D'amore and Keys.

Piano
I started playing piano at age of 5. My whole family are musicians, and most of inspiration and support came from there. I studied piano in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2009 I moved to Russia and graduated from Conservatory in St. Petersburg, and since 2015 I live, work and study in Copenhagen. Alongside piano, I’ve also spent time studying the harp, organ, cembalo and painting. I am grateful to have played concerts as a soloist and chamber musician in Europe, China, USA and Mexico.

I come from Sortland in the north of Norway, a small city known for its rich cultural life, and special focus on contemporary music. In a childhood between breathtaking nature as playroom, and cello noise and sounds as toys, I grew up to a creative musicianship, and continued specializing in contemporary music and improvisation throughout my education, at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo and the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus. I now live in Copenhagen, where I work as a freelance cellist and composer.

I started to play the violin when I was seven in a little countryside village. Finnish folk music and classical music walked side by side and at the age
of 16 I decided that playing the violin is something I want to do for a
living. I studied to be a violin pedagogue and worked with it until I
decided to move to Copenhagen to do my masters education. I’m working
now as a freelance musician with focus on orchestra playing. There’s
nothing more wonderful to be part of the power a whole symphony
orchestra can create.

I grew up in the very north of Sweden, surrounded by nature. Music has always been a natural way of expression to me, unbound by instrument or genre. I decided to specialise on the viola and to study classical music. Since then I have graduated a master degree at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, and I am now based in Copenhagen as a freelance musician in various projects. Music to me is something we all have, its a wave to join for everyone and for everyone to meet within. My dream and my belief is that music will take me anywhere in life where i want to.

I live in Malmö and work as a freelancing classical pianist and cultural producer. I’ve studied in Sweden, Norway and Czech Republic and love to play contemporary music and Brahms. For me, chamber music is the best thing about being a musician. The feeling you get when you connect with people through playing is golden, and without it I don’t know if I’d still be playing.

I started operating in the field of classical music, and I was over time influenced by other styles and expressions such as Swedish and Norwegian folk music, early music, sound art and free improvisation. I’m interested in the dialogue between musician, composer and listener, the listening process and in discovering new ways of learning. I finished my bachelor studies at NMH in Oslo in 2017, where I now study music pedagogy and work as a freelance musician.
